Even if congress made a list of all the needed changes to stop abuses by the elite they will never suffer the burden of due diligence to fix them. All we can hope for is a few procedural roadblocks to slow abuses like these until lobbyists weaken and destroy those temporary roadblocks-. At this point we roils need to start over fresh. Throw it all out and start again. And that's never going to see daylight until there are riots in all the streets which ain't gonna be allowed. War's over the Elites won already. There money connects them to every level of power. The Elites had this in the bag by the late 90's.
