Three myths run faster unmasked

If you are trying to reach at breakneck speed, you probably have people around you what they think of the subject. You probably have people on their way, they think that everything, including running speed. The following myths, we hope to run faster just to put the issue so that these myths eventually die with Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster.

Myth # 1: you were born with speed

When it comes to run faster myths, this one is probably the most popular. Most people think it’s the speed with genetics. All this may be true, to some extent, the truth is that most people have a faster rate within them, they simply do not yet learned that to unlock the speed.
