The education of young footballers
When a new coach Juergen Klinsmann as coach of the football men of the United States is able to degrade a revolution in the United States. Klinsmann is many times the grassroots America to change the country, said he was successful.
I totally agree with your analysis. The most important thing is to create a football culture to our young players. Creating young football fans go a long way to create more players.
The effort required to become the best player in football, is very high. Only players who are willing to spend a lot of time to devote to the game fails. Only a couple of times a week do not practice the job is done. Our children have a strong passion for the game
To have an impact on our nation that has players who hone their skills for beginners. For too long we have relied on the physical and mental strength for us. The USMNT needs more creativity and flair to succeed. Or at least a high degree of technical competence.
I think a lot of young players today do not know what to do to improve their skills on their own. Sports like basketball very obvious things that players can do. As good as any basketball player by working on his jump shot. You can easily do that every time a tire.
Because football is not a strong cultural sport in the United States, most young players do not know what to do to get better. It is important that those involved in coaching soccer players to showcase their different types of techniques they need to learn at a young age. Well for one thing that parents and coaches stop, so results-oriented with 8-10 year old players. We have no idea at this age is hard on a player. The emphasis in this age must be on player development, not the gains and losses. The results are greater when the player reaches a higher level, not while still in elementary school.
This does not make lazy football coach a free ticket! If you work hard to develop players, kids watch, but you do not win at a young age is normal.
Football coach has to work to improve their skills as players do. Football is a two-way participation in both adult and child needs.
